Wholesale

REQUIREMENTS FOR OPENING A WHOLESALE ACCOUNT

228 Grant Street Candle Co. wholesale accounts are given at our discretion to stores that fit our brand and products. We will work carefully with you to maintain the exclusivity of our products in your area. You may only sell our work at the address of the store on your account. If you wish to sell our products at more than one location you must open an account for each store location. We do not use reps and our products may only be purchased wholesale directly from 228 Grant Street Candle Co.

ORDER MINIMUMS

First order minimum $300. $150 minimum on re-orders. Credit card payment in full is required for all orders when the order is placed. Wire transfers are required for international orders.

CASE PACKS

Products must be ordered by the case – a case count is 12 units. Fragrances can be mixed in a case. A minimum of 2 of each fragrance per case is required.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via UPS ground or freight. USPS is used for locations not serviced by UPS. All orders are insured during shipping from our door to yours. Please check your order carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipment when your packages arrive. Damage must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace damaged item(s) or credit your account.

LEAD TIMES

All 228 Grant Street Candle Co. products are handmade to order. In most cases, we do not carry stock. When your order is placed you will be sent a sales order and given a ship date. Please note that orders can take 2-4 weeks for delivery depending on our production schedule. Priority is given to established accounts during the fourth quarter. Our schedule fills very quickly at this time and placing your orders by early August will help to insure that we will be able to schedule and fulfill your order for fall/holiday. We appreciate your understanding of our handmade process and the time that it takes to get your products to you.

ZIP CODE PROTECTION

We offer zip code protection for your account on a case-by-case basis. We make every effort to avoid multiple accounts within the same code – especially among stores similar in terms of type and demographic served. In the event that we have a conflict with your address and you have not ordered within a 9-month period, you will be contacted with the option to renew your account.
